At Bolli & Fritz, we strive to have something fun, fizzy, and fresh for everyone.
We ship our products within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) via USPS and UPS. As this time, we are unable to ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders totaling $20 or more will receive free shipping. Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, if placed during regular business hours. Orders placed after business hours will process the following business day.
If your order arrives and any product is missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of receipt at email@example.com and we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
Because Bolli & Fritz provides personal care products, we are unable to accept product returns for sanitary reasons. This also allows us to keep our range of products accessible and maintain the highest quality.
Please note that Bolli & Fritz cannot accommodate replacement or refund requests for orders placed with retailers outside of bolliandfritz.com. If you purchased your product from another retailer/website, please contact them directly for further assistance.
